  Coffee still good.  I asked to speak to the manager about the WiFi.  A gentleman said he would get him, and returned a minute later to report that the manager had unexpectedly left for the day.  All of the coworkers were surprised.  "He just left?"  "He did not tell anyone?"
  An employee said the WiFi failure has been an ongoing issue, but it apparently fell off the radar as they were dealing with a lot of other issues.   She promised to call the internet provider at the end of her shift.  
  Ok-so two weeks with no WiFi.  Customers trying their laptops and leaving.  I did ask when I arrived whether the WiFi was working and was told yes.  But it is still down.  The router has a signal, but there is no welcome screen from Starbucks and there is no data connection. Speed test shows it as zero.  Will update at my next visit.

  I love Starbucks and this is my least favorite store. I've been here a few times and there's a clear pattern of lack of professionalism/work ethic. The staff are usually busy picking music, having side conversations, or arguing about work schedules to help customers at the counter. Once I came with my laptop to get some work done outside of the house and the staff hooked their phones up to the sound system and started (loudly) playing rap music with foul language (don't get me wrong, I'll listen to it, it's just inappropriate!) and laughing loudly. Second time I came, 3 staff were busy laughing, high-giving and talking in the corner (by the drive through window) to come to the counter to get my drink order. Although they apologized, it was (again) inappropriate. The last time I was here a staff member was refusing to "work until 8" and the lead was calling a manager to "see what to do." The employee was angry and came to take my order. Although he was doing his best to have good customer service he asked me 3x "is there anything else I can get you" and screwed up my friends drink. He was obviously distracted by the issue with his work schedule, so we left with the wrong drink.
  
  I've tried this Starbucks 3x's and left each time thinking how unhelpful, immature, and poorly managed this place is. It's sad because it's brand spanking new inside! I never leave 1 star reviews, and this place deserves it. Third times a charm... errrr one star.

  The worst Starbucks ever. I love most Starbucks but this one is terrible. Parking is awful. Service is slow slow. Waited to get a breakfast sandwich for 15 minutes. Out the door on my way to work , opened the bag and it was the wrong f.....ing sandwich. Do not go to this location.

  Get order the medium size for ice matcha green tea latte but the all I can see is foam and ice until the foam go away it just have half cup instead of full drink, lack of communication when order.

  So, so, so slow especially in the late afternoon in the drive thru. Their electronic screen didn't work and they took forever to take your order and serve you. Also, whoever created the drive thru is crazy as there is a big pole in the front you have to avoid as you pull away.
